Agreement
Marque Club (“we”, “us”) is a members’ garage for car collectors. By creating an account, signing in, or using Marque Club — on marque.club or in the iOS app — you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the club.
Community standards
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Hate, harassment, sexual or pornographic content, threats, violence, spam, scams, impersonation, and anything meant to abuse other members is not allowed. We remove violating content and eject (ban) the member who posted it. We review reports and act within 24 hours.
Age
Marque Club is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
What the club is
Members publish cars, photos, posts, captions, comments, and profile information. That content is generally public — visible to other visitors and members. Do not post anything you are not comfortable sharing.
No tolerance for objectionable content
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour have no place in the club. Prohibited content and conduct includes:
- Hate or discriminatory content — including slurs and attacks based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or similar.
- Harassment, bullying, and threats
- Sexual or pornographic content
- Violence or illegal activity
- Spam, scams, and impersonation
- Intellectual property infringement
- Anything intended to abuse other members
Enforcement
We have zero tolerance. We will remove violating content and eject (ban) the user who provided it. Banned members cannot sign in or use the club. We review reports and act within 24 hours.
Reporting
Members can flag posts, comments, cars, photos, and profiles. Every report notifies us immediately so we can review it.
Blocking
Members can block abusive users. Blocking immediately hides that user’s content from your feed and notifies us so we can review.
Filtering
We filter and/or withhold objectionable text and images from being posted or shown. Content that breaks these terms may be held for review or removed.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it so we can operate the club. You can delete your own content and your account from the Marque Club app or by writing to us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the club after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may ask you to agree again when the terms change.
