Marque Club (“we”, “us”) is a members’ garage for car collectors. This policy explains what information we collect when you use marque.club, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information created when you use the club:

• Account details — name, username, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Profile and garage content — bio, avatar, cars, photos, posts, and comments you publish.
• Social activity — follows, likes, and similar interactions with other members and cars.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar tech needed to keep you signed in and run the site.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your membership and garage
• Show your public profile, cars, and posts to other members
• Operate feeds, follows, likes, and comments
• Send essential account email (for example, password resets)
• Keep the service secure, debug issues, and improve the product

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for advertising networks.

What is public

Profiles, garage cars, posts, and comments are generally visible to other visitors and members of the club. Do not post anything you are not comfortable sharing. Your email address and password are not shown publicly.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us host the site, store media, send email, or keep the service running — only as needed for those jobs. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the club and its members.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and content while your membership is active. You can update your profile and remove garage content from your account settings and garage tools. You can delete your account from the Marque Club app. Deletion removes your membership, garage, posts, comments, and related activity, except where we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may prevent you from staying signed in.

Children

Marque Club is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the club after changes means you accept the updated policy.
